Our auditing services are led by Greg Moss, a certified Principal WHS Auditor through Exemplar Global with more than 24 years experience in OHS.  This includes over 19 years as an Accredited Auditor (Construction) "PQC Auditor" for the Queensland Government (see Accredited Auditor Register). Greg has also served for over 16 years as a Federal Safety Officer (FSO) for the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner. His extensive expertise and guidance significantly enhance our ability to deliver high-quality auditing services.

Prequalified Contractor (PQC) Audits

As a Queensland Government–appointed Accredited Auditor (Construction) "PQC Auditor", Greg regularly undertakes independent audits for prequalified contractors delivering Queensland Government building projects valued at over $1 million (More Info).  During the past 18 years, he has provided PQC audit services to many civil, commercial, and residential building contractors of all sizes throughout Queensland, giving him extensive insight into industry practices and compliance performance.

The PQC audit process involves assessing the contractor’s compliance with OHS requirements and verifying that their systems meet the standards expected for government-funded construction work. This includes a detailed review of contractors’ safety management plans, on-site inspections against prescribed PQC and legislative criteria, and the preparation of clear, comprehensive reports. Audit findings are provided to both the contractor and the PQC system administrator, supporting informed decision-making and the continuous improvement of safety performance across government projects.
